Dato’ Chua Tia Guan is the Head of Tax & Financial Consulting of Great Vision Business Advisory Services, a boutique tax and financial consulting firm. Besides being a chartered accountant, a certified public accountant and an associate of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia, he is also a government-approved income tax and GST consultant. He served in a senior position of two international accounting firms, before setting up his own practice.
Dato’ Chua is a founding member of the Special Taskforce to Facilitate Business (PEMUDAH) of the Prime Minister’s Department since 2007, a high-powered committee chaired by the Chief Secretary to the government to enhance the business environment in Malaysia. He co-chairs the PEMUDAH’s tax reform group together with the Deputy Secretary General of Ministry of Finance, which advises the government on tax efficiency and policy issues including income tax, customs duties, GST, etc.
Dato’ Chua is also a member of the GST Monitoring Working Committee of the Ministry of Finance which provides suggestions and feedback to the Government on various aspects of GST implementation ranging from policy issues to efficiency issues.
His areas of interest include economics, government policies and tax reforms.

拿督蔡兆源是宏愿理财机构的税务与财务咨询总监，也是一名特许会计师与特许公共会计师。他是马来西亚特许税务协会的会员，以及政府批准的所得税和消费税顾问。创业前，曾在两家国际会计师事务所担任高阶职位。
自2007年，拿督蔡兆源是首相署利商特工队（PEMUDAH）的资深委员。这个高阶委员会由政府首席秘书长领导，协助政府提升马来西亚的营商环境。同时，拿督蔡兆源与财政部副秘书长共同担任利商特工队税务改进专案联合主席，专为政府提供改善所得税、关税、消费税等税务政策和效率的建议。
拿督蔡兆源也是财政部消费税监督工委会的成员，该工委会提供消费税的实施政策和征税效率等各方面的建议和反馈给政府。此外，他也热衷于探究国家经济、政府政策和税务改革。
